This area is neglected from long time. This area requires infrastructure development.
Although it has lof of layouts, lacks basic needs like water and good roads.Development is pretty slow. Government and BBMP candidates whom people have voted should worked towards upliftment of this area. Herohall main road has to be improved so is Magadi main road.
But I would like to appreciate BBMP for their efforts in improving herohalli lake. Also recently undergoing Tar raod work in Venkateshwara Layout which is one of the old Layout. I would request BBMP to continue this good work and provide more facilitiees.
Also this area also needs to see some growth in the field of IT industry. Me being a software Engg would dream of working somewhere close to my house.
Also request for more public transportation from this place. Would request some of the Peenya buses to go through this area

Street light maintenance though contracted, lacks proper upkeep and replacement of fused our lamps. Newly constructed storm water drains are dumped with trash. Needs to be provided with more dust bins as many donot avail the facility of door to door collection of solid waste. Asphalting of arterial roads are done on random basis. Our layout roads are left out. WE IDENTIFY OUR LAYOUT AS:
'SRI VENKATESHVARA lAYOUT'.

Water is not flowing in the drainage at 13th 'C' cross, Kempegowdanagar-560091, as height is more in frontend compare with backend of the raod. which was laid during formation of layout 10 years back. Also some slabs are missing. Due to stagnation of water, mosqutoes breeds easily. Asphalting of 13th cross & 13th "A, B, C D and E" crosses.

Infrastructure Development not done in vigneshwara nagar. Tar raod work in not don in this area .Mahadeshwara nagar full small road is fulley tar road and also one park & play ground not thare pls see tihs area is also

Rejuvenation of Herohalli Lake is nearing completion but the Storm Water Drain on the periphery of Sri Venkateshvara Layout is not complete and currently used as dumping grounds for solid waste breeding mosquitoes.

Also the main road near Sri Venkateshvara Layout is full of pot holes - actually it is only pot holes and no road
