Posted in Padmanabha Nagar Garbage Collection system is not being followed. The contracted people just do the job for the sake rather to keep the premises cleaner and safe. Every day, the cleaners turn-up and do their job of collecting the garbage, put it in to those out-dated trolleys, park them where ever there is an empty space. As all are aware, the street dogs remove all the food they need, spoil the place and spread the garbage across. When the Contracted, "Garbage Collecting Vehicle" lands, they pick it up in such hurry, they spread it still and leave the premises. End of the cycle, the garbage is left out all over, and this happens every day. The sweepers don't do their job later to recollect the left out. Neither the cleaners nor the Carriers nor 'MLA', 'MP' not the 'BBMP Ward Councilor', have to face the bad portion of this cycle. It's those families who are closer to the empty sites. Posted in Padmanabha Nagar Stay dogs is one more big issue in Padmanabhanagar ward and across Bangalore as well. Corporation hasn't taken right steps to avoid nuisance created by them. In the month of December 2008, Bombay has issued a notice to their Corporation on the similar issue, 'Stray dogs causing nuisance can be killed: Bombay HC'. This has been a known problem and when the residents can expect a solution to this? In the recent time, near my house, one person was bitten by one of the Stay Dog seriously. Are we anticipating that, once some one looses their valuable life (which is no more in this Garden City because of nuisance traffic violations as well)? Posted in Padmanabha Nagar The whole lake is dry from past 4 to 5 years. On one side open strom water drain is flowing. Due to this entire neighbouring area has mosiqotes. There are several Dengue fever cases are found. I request authorities to clean up the lake or regular chemical spray to be done for the lake for reducing the mosquitos. There are so many other activities happening in the lake are. Posted in Padmanabha Nagar
Once the night sinks into complete darkness, the main road of Uttarahalli that runs from Padmanabhanagar main road becomes a scene of complete lawlessness. At one in the night, I hear 'loud and clear' noise created by groups of drunk men howling and screaming. One can never guess if they are vandals who indulge in crime seeking shelter in the darkness, or simple young persons who need some shouting to justify their highness. |
