Vidyapeeta circle is badly in need of a solution for traffic management. The circle witnesses heavy movement of vehicles from all directions. This apart, private travel agents use the vicinity of the circle to park their buses and as boarding points. Kathriguppe road has a lot of public buildings such as marriage halls, ciname theatre, places of worship and commercial shops that are thronged by people through-out the day.

There is an urgent need to upgrade and create new road infrastructure around this circle. Else,living in this area even 5 years hence is un-imaginable.

An underpass/flyover with proper directional flow planning through the entire stretch from Big Bazaar to Hanumanth Nagar entrance is an imperative BBMP cannot ignore. Both BJP and JDS candidates (Mr Venkatesh and Mr Chandrakanth)have to define a solution to issue and take them to the citizens of the ward before they expect votes.

I am staying in Gururaja layout, part of vidyapeeta ward, from past four years. The layout is a residential area with very narrow roads, the roads are seldom cleaned by the bbmp workers. I wish the new corporator to look into the issue and ensure that the the roads are cleaned atleast thrice a week.
