Located in kenchenhalli, and lying along vrishabavati river, it has 130houses occupied, with voter strength of apx.270. OUr RWA was started 7years ago on Ganesha festival, and since then has been successful in drawing the attention of the Netas and BABUs alike. We tapped the doors of all civic bodies, and made our presence felt, right in the beginning. We are successful in getting street tubelights initially, and now they are are converted to SV lamps, recently asphalting was also done.

This Coffee Board Layout, is a BDA approved layout, formedin the year 1990. This is carved out of 55 acres out of Kempapura. We are bounded on the North by Buhaneswari nagar ,South by Nagwara lake,East by Kempapura, and West by Mariyanapalaya. Earlier snakes of different species used to welcome the residents and the visitors, though it is rarity now. Beautiful sunset welcomes the residents in the evening from the Hebbal lake. At present there are around 375 houses out of 653 sites of various dimensions. We have a beautiful park of 3.5 acres jointly developed by BBMP and BDA with the co-operation of the CBLRWA. Adjacent to this park is a childrens park. For the spiritual minded, we have a Rama temple, along with a Ganesha, Gayathri tehmples along with Navagrahas.Ours is a very active and vibrant RWA , taking up almost all the issues not only concerning our layout but also concerning the general public. We had spreadheaded the median closure on the Bellary main road, which was highlighted in the media. Due to our efforts and with the support of the police , now pelical lights were put up for pedistrian crossing. like this various were taken up, which seen results which is apparent in the layout.
